AliExpress Refused to Cancel Unauthorized Order—Return Costs Unfair
I recently discovered that an AliExpress order (No: 2710171379840) for a pair of glasses was placed without my knowledge or by mistake. The order was made around 5 a.m., and I had no intention of purchasing this item. The payment was automatically charged to my saved credit card.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I tried to cancel the order, but it had already been shipped, and the cancellation option was disabled. When I contacted AliExpress customer service, they informed me that I could only request a return after delivery, and that the return shipping costs would have to be paid by me. However, since the international return fee far exceeds the product’s value, this has caused a significant inconvenience.
I request that the order be canceled and that the full payment be refunded to my card. Due to the lack of flexibility and support in this process, I no longer intend to shop on AliExpress in the future.
