My AliExpress Order Not Canceled Despite Request

I attempted to cancel an order on AliExpress by clicking the "Cancel" button and also confirmed the cancellation through live chat support. They assured me the order was canceled, but just five minutes later, I received a notification that the item had been shipped. This service is incredibly disappointing and feels misleading. I took every necessary step to cancel this order, yet my request was ignored, and now I’m left with an unwanted shipment. I urgently request that AliExpress takes responsibility for this issue and resolves my situation promptly by either intercepting the shipment or arranging for a return.
