AliExpress Package Never Arrived and Tracking Number Is Invalid

I purchased the “Universal 1300°C Butane 4-in-1 Portable Soldering Iron Kit” from the BH Eleven Store through AliExpress and paid $9 by credit card. My order number is 1119129709185669. I placed the order on February 17, 2026, and even though approximately five months have passed, I still have not received the product.

When I contacted the seller and the platform about the issue, I was only given vague responses such as “check the mail” and “we are investigating.” The tracking number also appears to be invalid, so I cannot track the shipment in any way. Despite waiting for a long time, the product has neither been delivered nor have I received a refund.

I request that the product be delivered to me as soon as possible or that the full amount I paid be refunded to my credit card without any deductions.
