Hello, the product I received was different from what I expected. I thought it would come as a set, but only one item arrived. I requested a refund, which the seller accepted, but now PTT is asking for a shipping fee of 510 TL for the return. Why is it me who has to pay for this mistake? As a customer, I did everything right yet I have to pay almost the same price just to be able to start the return process, I read many messages here on Xolvie saying even if they send the products back, the sellers don't refund. I get that the site is China based and there are some risks but this is an open mistake that should be fixed by them not me if they are legitimate.
