AliExpress Sent Wrong Product, Partial Refund Leaves Me at a Loss
I ordered a product on AliExpress (Order No. 3044157072697215) that was supposed to be made of a specific material. However, the product I received was completely different from what was advertised. I paid 1589₺ for the item, yet only 1009₺ is being refunded, leaving me with a 600₺ loss.
This is highly unfair, as the mistake lies entirely with the seller. I am the one left inconvenienced due to their error. I request AliExpress to either refund the full 1589₺ or allow me to keep the item while providing the 1009₺ refund. As a loyal customer, I expect better support and a resolution that doesn’t penalize me for the seller’s fault. Please address this matter urgently.
