AliExpress and Seller Refused to Believe My Video Proof of a Faulty Lens and Screen

I bought something from AliExpress recently, and it showed up with a stain on the lens and the screen. I showed them video proof of the problem, but neither the seller nor AliExpress took me seriously. I'm feeling pretty overlooked and disappointed, especially since this is my second not-so-great experience with them. The first time, there was a problem with a small product, and they brushed it off, but now with a second faulty product, it’s obvious that this is a pattern. I’m done shopping on AliExpress, and I really think others should steer clear of this seller too. Shopping locally is a good idea because it makes it easier to sort out any problems that come up.
