Aliexpres Does Not Care About Customs

I made the customs payment during the payment process for the order I placed on the Aliexpres website (order number: 3027618456486214), but when the cargo arrived in Turkey, I was met with the response that it was seized by customs. I reported the situation to Aliexpres and was told that you would carry out the customs procedures yourself. I did not receive any documents. How should I proceed and why did you charge me a customs fee? I asked for time and they ended the transaction without even responding and said that the non-refundable order was completed.... Aliexpres does not do anything for the solution, but it also does its best to make people suffer. It is over for me because Aliexpres is not the same as it used to be...
