Unable to Receive Refund from Alibaba Despite Promised Date
We have been unable to get our refund from Alibaba and cannot find anyone to assist us. On November 28, we received an email stating the refund would be issued on that date, and we thought the issue was finally resolved. However, no payment was made.
Even the representatives we found within the country were unable to help, and live support also failed to provide any solutions. This has left us frustrated and without any clear next steps.
I am requesting immediate assistance to resolve this matter and have our refund processed as promised. Alibaba must take responsibility and ensure better support for its customers. What should we do to resolve this situation promptly?
