We are desperately seeking assistance with recovering funds from Alibaba. On January 24, 2025, at 12:17 PM, Alibaba customer service sent us the following message:
"Dear customer, thank you for your feedback! Please note that the tax payment is only required for issuing a tax document. This is a standard process to comply with tax regulations and prevent tax evasion. Once the tax document is issued, the amount you paid will be refunded immediately to your account.
This is a standard procedure that all store owners must follow. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our team. We are happy to help you."
Despite this assurance, we still have not received our refund. This delay is unacceptable, and we request Alibaba to expedite the refund process immediately. We are frustrated by this prolonged issue and require prompt action to resolve this matter.
