Alibaba Lens Order Unfulfilled Quantity, No Refund, Unprofessional Seller Behavior
I had some trouble with the lenses I ordered from Alibaba.com not too long ago. The seller told me that only 25 lenses would be shipped after I bought 50, and they would not give me a refund. When the seller insists that selling lenses separately is normal, it doesn't help that they act like a professional. It's disappointing to see this happen on a site like Alibaba.com because I've never seen it happen before. This problem needs to be fixed, and I think it can be fixed in a fair and just way.
You can see it says there are 2 items in the box. After placing the order, the seller said they would send only 1 item, and when I refused, they said they wouldn't issue a refund. The refund has not been made yet, but $124 was charged from me, and they said the refund would be $114, both inconveniencing people and deducting $10 on top of that. I don't understand what they are trying to do. I have attached the seller's profile; please be careful when placing an order.
