AliExpress Deleted My Orders After They Were Held in Customs
I purchased five items from AliExpress and received a notification that my order was being held in customs due to exceeding the limit for personal imports. Upon attempting to initiate a return for the items, I discovered that my orders had mysteriously vanished.
I'm sorry, but this is not acceptable. I am a dedicated patron of AliExpress and I anticipate a higher level of service from a company of your reputation.
I kindly request that my orders be reinstated or that I receive a refund for the amount I was charged. I would appreciate receiving an apology for the inconvenience I have encountered.
Since the number of products I ordered exceeded 5 (it seems like it is understood as not exceeding 5 of the same product due to the unclear explanation), they got stuck at customs. They are asking for the order number to return them, but the orders page has not been opening for two weeks. What a coincidence that the orders page disappeared after they got stuck at customs. I have been dealing with this for two weeks. Why is the orders page being removed?
