I Face Extra Customs Fee Demand for My Alibaba Honda X-ADV 750cc Order

I placed an order on Alibaba through Aviance Global Logistics for a Honda X-ADV 750cc motorcycle (Order No: te2099167al) about 12 days ago. The listing clearly stated that the product would be delivered directly to my home address without any extra charges.

However, I was later informed that my package is stuck in Greece and that I must pay an additional $445 customs fee before it can be delivered. This contradicts what I was promised at the time of purchase — that there would be no extra fees and delivery would be smooth.

This is my first order on Alibaba, and while I can track the shipping movements, the product has still not reached me. Customer service has not provided a satisfactory solution, leaving me both frustrated and disappointed.

I request that:

My Honda X-ADV 750cc be delivered to my home as originally promised, without any extra charges.

Alibaba ensures that sellers honor their commitments and do not mislead customers with hidden fees.

This situation has severely damaged my trust in the platform, and I expect urgent action to resolve my issue.
