I Can't Redeem Gift Ice Cream and Points in Algida Application

Supposedly, they will get back to me within 1 week and direct me to the person who can help me, but unfortunately, such a company does not deserve 0 points and consumption. If there is anyone who can help the customer not on the side of the consumer, but always pursuing their own interests, let it happen as soon as possible, the ice cream campaign date is about to end, if the date ends, the responsibility is Unilever's.
