Alfa Romeo Tonale Battery Died Suddenly Despite Recent Maintenance

My Alfa Romeo Tonale, which will reach its 2-year mark at the end of this month, recently experienced a sudden battery failure. This is particularly concerning since the car was actively used and had undergone maintenance just 1.5 months ago, during which the battery was reported to be in good condition.

At the service center, I was told that the factory delivers batteries with partial charge, which they claimed might explain the issue. How is this acceptable for a car that is supposed to maintain reliability? I demand Alfa Romeo address this problem and provide a long-term solution, as a battery failure in such a short time is far from normal and undermines trust in the brand.
