Alexander McQueen Shoes Stain Socks and Lose Logo Quality

My Alexander McQueen shoes are staining my light-colored socks and even my toes with dye. This is unacceptable for shoes of this quality. Additionally, the logo on the shoes has started to fade, which is disappointing.

I own three pairs of Alexander McQueen shoes, but this is the only pair causing such problems. I even sent the shoes for inspection, but my issue was not resolved, and my concerns remain unaddressed.

I have attached photos to illustrate the problem and request immediate action to resolve this matter. I expect a replacement or proper repair for the shoes. As a loyal customer, I am disappointed with this experience and urge Alexander McQueen to address my concerns promptly.
