Alexander McQueen Shoes Tore at Seams – Repair Request Denied

I purchased a pair of Alexander McQueen shoes from Panora Beymen, and within a year, the stitching on the left front seam came undone. I requested an inspection at Panora Beymen, but twice I was told, “There’s nothing we can do.” For a pair of shoes sold at around ₺30,000, Beymen should offer a repair or replacement instead of avoiding responsibility with vague responses. This level of service is unacceptable for a luxury brand. I demand immediate action to resolve this issue, whether through a repair, replacement, or proper compensation. Customers deserve better accountability and support for products at this price point. Beymen must address this complaint promptly.
