Grundig Ignored My Request to Replace Faulty 75 GHU 9000 TV
I bought a Grundig 75 GHU 9000 series TV, and after running into some problems, I sent it back based on the Consumer Arbitration Board's decision. I'm still having issues with the device, and even though I've tried reaching out about getting a replacement, I've been facing delays for more than a week now. I still haven't heard back or gotten any clear updates from the replacement team. Whenever I reach out to the representatives, they tell me my requests are closed, making me feel overlooked and frustrated. I'm just asking for the Consumer Arbitration Board's decision to be respected and for my broken TV to be swapped out for one that works properly. This ongoing inaction and silence has been very frustrating.
