Alcatel 2020 Button Malfunction, No Response From Customer Service

I own an Alcatel 2020 button phone, and the buttons have started to malfunction, making it difficult to use. I reached out to customer service, but no one answers the phone. When I contacted Bilkom Bilişim for assistance, I was told they couldn’t reach the support number either and there was nothing they could do.

This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. A product issue like this should not be compounded by a lack of customer support. I expect immediate attention to resolve this problem, either by repairing or replacing the device. Alcatel must improve both product quality and customer service to meet basic consumer expectations.
