Alcatel Phone Return Delayed – Requesting Immediate Refund

I purchased an Alcatel phone, but upon receiving it, I found the phone to be very slow with poor screen quality. I promptly returned it, requesting a refund. However, it’s been 10 days, and I have yet to receive my money back.

This delay is frustrating, and I feel inconvenienced by the lack of response. I request an immediate refund for the Alcatel phone, as I should not have to wait this long to receive my money back.
