Storytel Subscription Paid but App Not Working for 10 Days

I subscribed to Storytel, and despite 10 days passing, I still can’t access my account. Every time I try to log in, it redirects me back to the subscription page, even though the payment has already been processed. I’ve tried everything—reinstalling the app, resetting my password—but nothing works. To make matters worse, I can’t reach customer service, and there seems to be no one to address this issue. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a service I can’t use. Storytel, please resolve this issue immediately or provide a refund. This is unacceptable!
