Unable to Reset Alcatel Move Time Watch Due to Unresponsive Customer Service

I’ve been trying to reset my Alcatel Move Time watch by contacting customer service, but despite waiting on the phone for over 30 minutes, no one answers. Initially, the estimated wait time was stated as 2 minutes, which quickly increased to 5 minutes, and yet after more than 10 minutes on hold, I still couldn’t reach anyone.
This lack of support is incredibly frustrating, as my child is unable to use the watch until the reset is completed. I expect Alcatel to address this issue immediately by providing more responsive customer service and assisting me with the reset process. Customers deserve timely support, especially for essential devices like this.
