I had to send my Alcatel 1T10 tablet to KVK's authorized service center because the screen was totally wrecked. they wanted 1,489.52 TL just to replace the screen! , I mean, looking at this price one may say you can grab a new tablet of the same model for only 1,250 TL right now. I don't even know what to say, it's just so sad. It's super important to check out the service and spare parts prices before buying something. Well, they don't stay as they are but still, it's up to you to decide if Alcatel is cool and if KVK's way of handling things is chill. For me I'm done, after this experience, there is no way I'll go for this again!!
