Albaraka Türk ATM Destroyed My Popykart After Entering Withdrawal Amount

The ATM at Albaraka Türk's Istanbul Fatih branch retained and destroyed my prepaid Popykart after I entered the amount I wanted to withdraw, even though my card's expiration date was far in the future. When I asked the staff inside the branch for my card, they told me the ATM had immediately destroyed it. This situation is unacceptable. The money I was trying to withdraw was urgently needed, and this incident caused me significant inconvenience.
