TEB ATM's Deposit Error Caused My Funds To Get Stuck Inside
On January 10th, around 2:50-2:55 PM, at the Istanbul Forum Istanbul shopping center, I had a frustrating experience with an ATM. While making a deposit transaction, the ATM with the number TEB 00979 took ₺13,600 from me and then unexpectedly shut down. Despite my attempts, the ATM refused to refund my money. I need my funds immediately because I have an important promissory note payment that needs to be made, and the payee is threatening legal action. In need of help, I've made several attempts to contact the call center, but unfortunately, I haven't received any assistance. It seems like a conscious decision to keep my money from me.
