Akbank Credit Card Fraud: Unexplained Transactions for 20 Days

I discovered multiple transactions on my Akbank credit card that were made without my knowledge 20 days ago. I immediately contacted Akbank and disputed the charges, providing clear evidence that these expenses were not mine. However, Akbank has not provided any explanation for 20 days! They are not providing any support or responding to my inquiries. The due date for my credit card payment has arrived, yet I still cannot find anyone to address my concerns. It seems I am expected to pay thousands of ₺ in debt that does not belong to me. This is absolutely illegal! Akbank has proven that it is not a trustworthy bank.
