Ajet Assigned Wrong Seats on My Flight to Hurghada and Refused to Fix It

We bought a ticket from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen with Ajet company to fly to Egypt Hurghada. I bought myself a seat number 1, I chose the seat number 1B for my girlfriend. However, when we entered the system and looked at the system, my girlfriend, seat number 2A was assigned. This clearly shows there is a system error or a failure in processing seat selections correctly. We paid extra specifically to sit together and enjoy our flight side by side. Now they don't make corrections, they want us to fly separately. I called to fix this nonsense, it was said that there is no seat change due to the policies. Our holiday has already started to disturb our peace because of you.
