Ajet Gave Me No Support After I Canceled My Ticket Due to Lost ID

21On May 18, 2025, we had a connecting flight from Batman to Ankara and then from Ankara to Alanya. Due to my child’s ID being lost, we had to cancel our tickets—even though we had all the necessary documents, including a photocopy of the ID, a civil registry record, and a photo of the ID. Despite this, no assistance was provided. We were not given the option to reschedule, and no support was offered. Out of the ₺10,800 we paid for the tickets, we were only refunded ₺240 in taxes. As someone earning minimum wage, this amount is a significant loss for me. We couldn’t take the flight solely because of the lost ID, despite having full documentation. I urgently request support from AJet and sincerely hope this issue is resolved.
