Ajet Refused Full Refund for My Ticket Cancellation Despite 24-Hour Notice
On December 27, 2024, at 7:35 PM, we purchased tickets from Ajet Air Transportation for a party of four for the Ankara-Jeddah flight scheduled for January 29 at 12:05 AM (PNR NO: 25NA1R and PNR NO: 25P2EM) and the Jeddah-Ankara flight scheduled for February 19 at 5:00 AM (PNR NO: 25NAFL). Due to an issue with the passport procedures of one of the passengers, we requested the cancellation of the ticket through customer service the following day, December 28, at 2:24 PM. However, we were informed that only airport taxes would be refunded if the cancellation was processed. Despite the flight being more than a month away, the cancellation request being made less than 24 hours after purchase, and a reasonable justification being provided, customer satisfaction and consumer rights have been disregarded. Therefore, we request the full cancellation and refund of the ticket for M*** B*** U*** without any deductions.
