Ajet Delaying Cash Refund After 11-Hour Flight Delay Compensation
Due to an 11-hour delay on our Ajet flight, the airline offered compensation in the form of a voucher. However, when we requested to convert the voucher into cash, the process became unnecessarily complicated. They keep asking for documents, waiting until the last day to respond, and dragging out the process. This has been going on for over a month now. We demand the process to be finalized and for the payments linked to our feedback files—my spouse’s (VF-211722) and mine (VF-211723)—to be transferred to the account we previously provided.
