They asked me to provide official proof of the name change, so I sent the official document from e-Devlet.
The next day, they requested my national ID card, which I also sent without hesitation. But instead of solving the issue, they just dragged things out for days. Today, they asked me to submit my ticket again—as if this back-and-forth isn’t already frustrating enough.
It’s been a week, and my flight date is approaching quickly. I’ve done everything they asked, yet there's still no solution. It feels like their only goal is to tire out the customer instead of helping. This is completely unacceptable.
AJet, I’m demanding that you immediately resolve my name correction issue so I can travel without problems. This delay has created unnecessary stress and wasted time, and your customer service process is seriously flawed.
