Ajet Charged for Pet Transport Twice on the Flight

I purchased a Konya–Istanbul–Munich ticket from Ajet for my daughter, M*** M*** S*** Ö***, for May 15. I received information from an authorized representative stating that the pet transportation fee would be ₺250 for the domestic leg and €98 for the international leg. On April 23, I called AJet customer service to purchase this additional service, unaware that the number I dialed—0850 242 81 17—belonged to a different company, 'Bilet Dükkanı', which provides customer service for AJet. I was charged ₺8,518 for our pet. The agent, B*** S***, processed the transaction by charging €98 for each flight, totaling €196. I am filing a complaint regarding this situation. Bilet Dükkanı carried out the transaction at an exorbitant price, and I find it unacceptable that Ajet partners with such opportunistic and unethical companies.
