Airpaz Has Delayed My Flight Refund for Over a Year With No Resolution

Although I paid over $850 for a flight with Airpaz, the company decided to cancel it. I had to board another flight and anticipated a refund for the canceled ticket. It has been more than a year, nevertheless, and Airpaz still does not reimburse my money. I have at least made ten calls to their customer service over this period in search of a fix, but all I have gotten are hollow promises and no real advancement. Every time I call, I get either instructions to wait longer or that the refund is still under "processed." Being caught in this never-ending cycle irritates me greatly. A corporation treating its clients like this astounds me. I would advise no one to use Airpaz.
