Wingie Charged Me for a Flight Then Canceled Without Refund
I booked with Wingie since the pricing were excellent, but the whole procedure has been really stressful. They charged me right away, but then they canceled the reservation. People told me I would get my money back, but it hasn't shown up in my account yet, and no one can tell me when it will. I feel scared and angry because it seems like they are just keeping my money without telling me why. My support issue is still open, and every time I check, there is no useful update or real help. This whole thing has made me feel let down and that I'm chasing after solutions instead of making travel easier.
