It’s unbelievable that in this day and age, a global platform like Skyscanner doesn’t offer any direct phone support. I need to cancel a flight ticket I purchased, but there's no way to reach anyone by phone. I’ve sent emails, but no one replies—no confirmation, no follow-up, nothing.

How can a company that handles international bookings not have a customer service line? I’m facing a time-sensitive issue, and being forced to wait around for an email response (if it ever comes) is completely unacceptable.

Skyscanner, I demand immediate action. I don’t want an automated email or a vague template response—I want a real person to call me and resolve my ticket cancellation. Make your service accessible and stop ignoring your customers.
