Airbnb Home Stay Discomfort and Service

I've never encountered such poor management during our 10-night stay. The host and their staff were disrespectful, and their attitude screamed, ""We did you a favor, appreciate it,"" rather than providing customer service.

The person named ""a**i,"" in charge of the property, came at 8 p.m. on the last night and turned off the pool lights. Despite the website stating the pool is open 24/7, he insisted, ""I close the pool after 9 p.m., that's my decision. Clean the house by 10 a.m. tomorrow; we'll do the cleaning."" When we pointed out the checkout time is noon, he threatened, ""I'll call the landlord. If I want, I can kick you out within an hour. Watch out; you have your family and child here, don't cause trouble.""

The landlord added, ""We rent the house very cheaply, so you can't use it as you want. At this price..."" To keep the peace, we had to leave the house at midnight.

This isn't a vacation spot; it's a village house. Don't expect fresh produce or groceries; there's only one supermarket, A101®, 750 m away. The pool is infested with insects, and we got stung by bees three times. Ants bite in the grassy areas, and the veranda is a mosquito haven. Despite using repellents, we're covered in thumb-sized bites. There's no air conditioning in the living room, and for the last 4 days, there was no internet.

The landlord openly admits they can't manage the house, relying on staff. They don't respond promptly and suggest, ""Write about it on Google; you'll find it."" Asking for basic items like cleaning supplies or a coffee pot, they reply, ""Only things found in a regular house are here."" They neglect their duties, leaving us to manage the pool. Despite knowing utilities are included, they ask us to reduce consumption, claiming they're beginners.
