Airbnb Charged $1 Twice After Failed Booking — How to Get a Refund

On November 4, 2025, I attempted to make a reservation on Airbnb for an apartment called Begonvil Life located in Gazipaşa, Antalya. After entering my card details, the system displayed an error and asked me to re-enter my payment information. On my second attempt, I received the same error message.

Later, when I checked my bank account, I noticed that two separate $1 charges (a total of $2) had been withdrawn, even though no reservation was confirmed. I did not receive any booking confirmation, transaction number, or notification message regarding the payments.

My card is active and operates as a Troy Card, and I made the booking attempt from another city.

I request an immediate refund of the $2 that was charged without a successful reservation and expect this issue to be resolved promptly.
