Airbnb Account Not Recognized After Deactivation

March 8 1:29 AM13

I am currently unable to access my Airbnb account, which I voluntarily deactivated around January 14, 2026. I had previously used this account to make reservations and payments, and at that time, I was able to log in directly using my phone number.

Now, when I try to log in using the same phone number, the system does not recognize my account and instead prompts me to create a new one, as if my account never existed. As a result, I cannot access my previous account, including my past reservations and transaction history.

I contacted Airbnb customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I request that my old account be reactivated using my phone number and that my access be fully restored.
