I bought an Air Wick room freshener device. I got a refill bottle with it, but once that one ran out, I couldn't find any more refills to purchase. Without any refills, the machine has become completely useless and is just sitting there, doing nothing. I'm not sure how serious this situation really is. I expect to be either compensated for my financial loss or provided with replacement refill bottles for purchase.
