Air Wick Electric Scent Diffuser Malfunction Issue

I just bought an Air Wick electric scent diffuser. It functioned flawlessly during the first use, releasing a pleasant scent. Unfortunately, when I switched to the second refill, it completely stopped diffusing any scent. I have a feeling that the device is not functioning properly. Could you lend me a hand with this problem? I have purchased several refills, but unfortunately, I am currently unable to utilize them.
