Air Wick Air Freshener Not Releasing Any Scent Even in Small Space

I purchased an Air Wick air freshener two days ago from one of the major supermarket chains. After installing the included battery, I noticed it wasn’t emitting any scent at all. Thinking it might be a battery issue, I replaced it with a stronger, high-performance battery—but the problem persisted. Clearly, the issue isn’t with the power source.
Even though the device is placed in the entrance of my home, which is a narrow and enclosed area, there’s absolutely no fragrance being released. I expected a noticeable scent, especially in such a confined space, but the product is completely ineffective.
This is not what I expect from a brand like Air Wick, and it’s frustrating to buy something that doesn’t perform its basic function. I feel like I’ve wasted my money and now have a non-functional product sitting in my home.
I’m asking Air Wick to resolve this issue immediately—either replace the defective unit or offer a refund. I trusted the brand, but this experience has left me very disappointed. Please restore my confidence with a prompt solution.
