I'm really unhappy with my Air Wick purchase. Even though I trusted the brand and bought it with refill bottles, the product ended up being really disappointing and didn't meet my expectations. This is completely unacceptable; it is not what I expected for the price I paid. I'm unsure if the product is malfunctioning or if this is its intended functionality. In addition, I suggested it to my sister and it had a wonderful scent when she first used it. On the second day, after switching to the second bottle, I noticed a possible change in the scent. Surprisingly, the scent doesn't seem to be spreading at all. Even when I bend down to sniff it, I can't detect any fragrance. What's the next step? I still have four refill bottles remaining, and they are completely unused with no scent. I had higher expectations for this brand.
