I Received a Broken Suitcase and Delayed Delivery from Air Montenegro Flight


I flew with Air Montenegro on a return flight from my Jolly Tour package (reference number TA-2412WPGY), which took place from January 3 to January 5. During the return trip, none of the passengers' luggage was loaded onto the plane. We were informed the next evening that our bags had finally arrived. However, when I picked mine up the following day, I was shocked to find my suitcase completely broken.
There was no communication or apology from Air Montenegro about the mishandling or delay. I had to rearrange my plans just to retrieve my damaged luggage, which added even more frustration on top of the already poor experience. I expect Air Montenegro to take full responsibility for this—both the delayed delivery and the physical damage to my suitcase.
I am requesting that Air Montenegro compensate me for the broken luggage and resolve this situation without further delay.
