I Can’t Check In Online with Air Arabia and Worry They’ll Charge Me Extra at the Counter
My flight with Air Arabia is in less than 24 hours, and I still cannot complete online check-in. Every time I try, the system either gives an error or refuses to proceed. This is creating serious stress and uncertainty.
What concerns me even more is that some airlines charge passengers at the airport counter if they haven't checked in online. I’ve personally experienced this with other carriers before, and I fear Air Arabia may do the same. Why is your system not allowing a basic check-in function that should be accessible well within the 24-hour window?
This issue must be resolved immediately. I expect a response from Air Arabia that confirms I won’t be penalized due to their system's failure. Passengers shouldn’t be punished for a tech issue that is beyond their control.
