Today, the cost of the flight I booked for my spouse with Air Arabia to Pakistan was ₺15,573 on the website and during the payment stage. However, during payment, they charged ₺18,847 in AED currency. The way the price is presented, with ₺15,573 shown initially and then ₺18,847 charged during payment, can be misleading. I need a prompt resolution to my issue. I expect a refund for the additional charge.
