Money Stolen from My Luggage on Air Albania Flight ZB1003 from Tirana to Istanbul

I flew from Tirana to Istanbul on Air Albania flight ZB1003 on September 6, 2024, at 10:20 PM. When I opened my suitcase at the airport exit, I discovered that ₺2,500, which I had hidden in a wallet between my clothes, was stolen. I noticed it while preparing to pay for a taxi after retrieving my luggage from the belt. I reviewed all airport cameras with the police, and there was no sign of tampering after my luggage arrived. The theft must have occurred before reaching Istanbul, likely by Air Albania staff. The police informed me that since I noticed the missing money after leaving the customs area, the airline wouldn’t take responsibility. I’m unsure how to proceed and feel completely helpless. Thankfully, I had some extra money with me, so I could get home.
