Repeated Issues with Agoda Bookings Not Reaching Hotels - Avoid Using!

When I book through Agoda, I keep encountering the same issue: my reservation either doesn't reach the hotel or gets there very late. When I call the hotel, they often have no knowledge of my booking. Never book through Agoda without first contacting the hotel directly. Despite Agoda's "best price guarantee," their prices are often much higher than booking directly with the hotel. If you have any sense, don't download or use this app. There's no local customer service in Turkey, and this app should be banned here.
