My Agoda.com Booking Rejected by Hotel
On May 2nd, Thursday, I booked a room at Bodrum Petunya Beach Resort using agoda.com. When I gave the hotel a call, they let me know that they don't do business with Agoda and don't have any record of my reservation. I've sent several emails to Agoda regarding this problem, but I still haven't gotten a solution. How does Agoda manage to make reservations for hotels they haven't partnered with? I would like a refund.
