I’m seriously frustrated with Agoda right now. I made a reservation through their website (Booking #1584510548), and I clearly needed 2 separate rooms for 2 adults—one adult per room. But somehow, the booking went through with incorrect guest information. Instead of listing each adult in a separate room, it’s showing the reservation incorrectly and won’t let me update the guest details.
I’ve tried everything to fix this, but Agoda’s system won’t let me make any changes. So I tried to just cancel and rebook—but even that doesn’t work. It’s like I’m completely locked out of any options, and I’m getting zero real help from customer service.
I paid good money (₺) for this reservation, and now I can’t even use it correctly. Agoda needs to step in and fix this immediately. Either allow the guest info to be updated or cancel the booking without penalty so I can rebook it properly. I’m waiting on a response—urgently.
