I Canceled My Dream Suites Taksim Agoda Booking on Time but Didn’t Get My Refund


I booked a room at Dream Suites Taksim through Agoda and chose an option that clearly stated I could cancel free of charge until April 5, 2025, at 12:00 PM. I canceled the reservation well within the allowed cancellation window and even received confirmation that a refund would be issued.
However, despite following all the terms, I was shocked to see that my cancellation was treated as non-refundable, and no money has been returned to my account. This is completely unacceptable. Agoda’s platform showed one thing when booking and canceling, but they’re acting in complete contradiction.
I demand that my payment be refunded immediately, as I respected the cancellation deadline. I’ve been waiting and checking my bank account, but nothing has arrived. Agoda’s lack of transparency and failure to follow their own cancellation policy has caused me serious frustration.
