I made a 2-night reservation with Agoda for Hotel VIP Skopje in Skopje. Despite having my confirmation number and documents, they claimed, "We don't see your reservation. If you pay an extra 50 euros, you can stay. We don't work with Agoda." When I refused to pay, they said I couldn't stay. However, I recorded videos at the hotel, capturing both the demand for extra money and their statement, "We don't work with Agoda; it's not our concern." I'm seeking support regarding this matter.
